Hi! I’m Staci, a creative and strategic visual designer who loves turning ideas into thoughtful, well-crafted design.

For over 20 years, I’ve helped brands tell their stories through campaigns, digital content, and print pieces that feel intentional, engaging, and aligned with their values. I care about the details, but I also keep a close eye on the bigger picture — what the work needs to communicate, how it connects with people, and how it fits into the larger strategy.

I work best in close collaboration with thoughtful teams, whether that’s clients, creatives, or cross-functional partners. I’m just as comfortable leading the creative direction as I am jumping in to support and shape the work hands-on. No matter the role, I bring curiosity, clarity, and care to the process.

Outside of work, I'm a mom, passionate about doing good in our communities, and a believer in reuse, community, and design that supports something bigger than just the brand.  These values are at the heart of everything I do through Staci Norman Creative.
